 " University of Hawaii Maui College is a separate campus of the University of Hawaii system.  It is located in Kahului Maui which is a nice community with close access to venues and the airport.  It's one of the smaller campuses in the UH system, but provides fully online degrees.  The college is a community college that offers four-year degrees in certain fields of study.  The campus is one of the first in Hawaii to generate 100 percent of its energy from on-site solar photovoltaic systems coupled with battery storage.  Staff and professors are helpful and friendly, and work closely with community businesses to support students post graduation. "

 " UHM is a beautiful campus and has lots of great resources like a wonderful gym, ample parking, sports. In addition, the faculty and staff are incredibly kind, generous, and knowledgable. There are lots of great resources and opportunities if you seek them out. I had a very good experience here and am fortunate for the opportunity to be part of the UHM community "

 " Overall the University of Hawaii is just not a very good state school. While there are some programs that the school excels at such as sustainability research and international business, the tuition and more importantly, the extremely high cost of living make this school unsuitable for most students.  " It's a very nice campus and there's a lot of places to find some where and hit the books. I enjoy going to the cafeteria as well, the food reminds me of the local places around the area and even food that I eat at home. Though it's a tad bit expensive. "

 " Honestly, it's sort of a mixed bag. Some classes/faculty made UH seriously underrated, but at the same time there were others that were outdated and needed revamping. However, my understanding is that things are being reevaluated and improved upon, so I believe that it is moving in the right direction as far as I know. If UH continues to quickly adapt to the needs of society, then it would be a fine school to attend. "
