" I really love SUU but their food options are not great. I have celiac disease so I'm not able to digest wheat and I found a lack of gluten-free options on campus. Even when there were gluten-free options, they were obscure or the staff were rude to me about asking questions. "

" I enjoyed my time at SUU. Most of the professors had a personal relationship with the students. It is a small enough university that each class rarely exceeds 100 students. There are very few food choices on campus, but Cedar is small enough that going off campus is not much of a hassle to find food. "
